Our chocolates are crafted in small batches and prepared with great care. Because of their perishable nature, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, all sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.

Each collection is produced in limited quantities and packaged carefully to preserve freshness and presentation.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and products.

After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Essence de Bonbon cannot be responsible for exposure to heat, improper storage, or delayed retrieval.

Our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Storage guidance is included with every order.

Local Delivery

For local deliveries within our service area, delivery is considered complete once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

If a recipient is unavailable, the package may be placed in a shaded location at the address unless otherwise instructed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
